3Kg high quality fresh spawn produced locally on site in our state of the art facilty. Australian grown wheat or sorghum are the primary substrates inoculated with colonised Liquid culture produced in house. Fully colonised spawn bagged in gusseted autoclavable polypropylene with 0.2 micron filter patch is supplied to customers.

The Elm Oyster Mushroom is a wild edible mushroom belonging to the Lyophyllaceae family. Often found high in trees and generally white to light grey in colour. This variety is often mistaken for the common oyster mushroom.
