Australian grown wheat or sorghum are the primary substrates inoculated with colonised Liquid culture produced in house. Fully colonised spawn bagged in gusseted autoclavable polypropylene with 0.2 micron filter patch is supplied to customers.

The Stropharia is a massive, meaty, burgundy-capped mushroom that grows traditionally in temperate regions of the United States and Northern New Zealand in Spring. It is also becoming increasingly common in Australia particularly in New South Wales. This is a warm-weather mushroom that fruits in Spring or early summer
