2Kg and 3Kg high quality fresh spawn produced locally on site in our state of the art facilty. Australian grown wheat or sorghum are the primary substrates inoculated with colonised Liquid culture produced in house. Fully colonised spawn bagged in gusseted autoclavable polypropylene with 0.2 micron filter patch is supplied to customers.

The Yellow/Golden oyster is a delicate bright yellow mushroom belonging to the Pleurotus Genus family. Native to the sub tropical regions of Asia, and also known as the golden oyster, this small to medium sized variety is easy to grow, preferring the warm weather climates for fast growth and heavy fruiting.
